Welcome to the Framingham State College (IEP) - Korea University (SIFLS) Master of Education degree webpage. In association with Framingham State College, International Education Programs Inc., and the Korea University Seochang Institute of Foreign Language Studies, we are pleased to provide educators a unique opportunity for professional development right here in Korea. Our distinctive program offers an affordable, convenient, quality post-graduate education in Teaching English as a Second Language. Our program highlights include:

*Affordability. As a non-profit educational foundation dedicated to the advancement of teacher training around the world, our tuition and fees are kept to a minimum. Also, since our instructors are flown to Korea for on-site instruction, FSCKU participant travel expenses are kept to a minimum as well.

*Convenience. Pre-coursework may be completed at home, at work or on vacation. All classes are held at Korea University's Seochang Campus, centrally located in Jochiwon. Participants may stay on-campus or in town, or even commute from home. On-site instruction is conveniently scheduled during school vacations in August & February, and in the evenings & on weekends in May. Participants receive 40 contact hours per class during each intensive session. Student contact between sessions is conducted through on-line forums, email and study group workshops.

*Quality. Framingham State College has trained educators for over 167 years. Dedicated instructors and essential readings provide a strong theoretical base with a broad range of practical applications and innovations for effective classroom teaching. Korea University's modern classroom facilities provide a comfortable and productive learning environment.
